Lead Programmer

We’re under new management and set to relaunch our products and services! We seek an excellent and dedicated Lead Programmer up to the challenge of taking a pivotal role in the technical aspect of our turnaround, and bringing our core applications to the next level.

Summary:
eMedia Ltd is looking for a highly-skilled Lead .NET Analyst/Architect/Developer with commitment, leadership and programming skills to help plan, manage, document, design, develop, test, debug, re-test and deploy highly-available, business critical web applications using the .NET (v2.0) Framework and SQL Server technologies. The ideal candidate will be an extremely proficient .NET web developer with advanced SQL Server experience who is comfortable working on several concurrent projects with evolving business requirements and aggressive release schedules.

Technical Requirements:
Technically you will need a strong knowledge of most of the following:
C#/Vb.Net; SQL Server; ASP.NET; ASP 3.0; Web Services. You will have highly developed technical expertise in the .NET Framework with C#. Additional skills with AJAX, XML/XSLT, CSS/XHTML are very desirable.

Web Developer

We’re searching for a developer for our innovative firm based out of Dunedin. We are a dynamic, results-orientated team who enjoy a solid dose of fun in our working environment.

The successful applicant must have:
• Experience developing in a dotnet language; either C# or VB.NET.
• Good HTML skills
• Good TSQL skills
• An absolute passion for all things web
• An excellent understanding of the internet and Microsoft applications and servers
• Good communication skills
Additionally, proven experience in one or more of the following areas is counted as a bonus:
• XML/XSLT
• Web Services and possibly WSE Extensions
• XHTML and CSS
• Javascript and/or AJAX
• Silverlight
• Classic ASP
• Design skills (it helps tremendously if you are an all-rounder!)
